Waiting for your 2007 Châteauneuf-du-Papes to mature?
Give the 2007 La Vieille Ferme Côtes du Ventoux a shot. The Perrin family makes a ton of this stuff, but that doesn’t mean it still can’t be good, especially in a great year like 2007.
Look for it for around $10 a bottle.
